Check Employment requirement it says bachlor's degree in engg is usually required.

My bf is a mechanical engineer but he's working as a Project Manager in a construction company. Under what NOC will he be qualified? Engineer Manager or Mechanical Engineer? I'm thinking the former but I'm not quite sure. Thanks!
