Engineering education points

I have done diploma mechanical after 12th and after DME i have done Bachleor in mechanical (direct 2nd year entry, 1st year exemption as i have dome DME)
so education years will be like this 1 to 12th std - 12years+3 years (DME)+3 years(B.E mech)=18years
So how many points i will get for education 20 or 22, pls tel me??
