Enfield plz answer!! ITS URGENT!! Do you get student visa upon conditional offer

I have been offered admission to Mcmaster uni for BCom with the condition that i get atleast 'B' grade in A level Accounting.I will be taking the exam this may and the results would be out in mid-august.The offer would get unconditional in August upon acquiring at least a B grade.The uni has given me the acceptance letter stating these conditions and asked me to apply for study permit.What should i do?Apply now before the offer gets unconditional and submit the statement of entry for the exam to be taken in may,along with the visa app??I can later submit the official result in Aug to the embassy if asked.I do not have a predicted grade as i am studying privately on my own.OR should i wait until the offer stands unconditional and then then apply for visa in aug??

apply now,i am also doing A levels from pak,and got admisission in york university,it is conditional offer based on A2 result but they have given me immigration letter without any condition on it. i i wll apply for visa in june, so apply now man and dont leave it too late,u cant apply in august and expect ur decison in time! best of luvk

Bro.They have placed a condition that i get at least B grade in A2 accounting exam.That condition is on my offer letter.What is your condition?

succesfully pass A levels in 2 subjects and if got CC then transfer credit will be given , maximum of 18 first year credits

i have got AAB in AS level,, and AABBBBB in o levels ,,so i dont think so that i will not get,,inshAllah i will get this,,yar jab wo offer dety hay they go through ur profile throughly and i think that incase of york they will still except me as long as i have atleast EE

bro dont worry,just apply, or E-mail ur university they will surely help u. my email adress is sheryarzahid141409@hotmail.com..and my online portal says admitted and i have hard copies send by university which states the conditions and one paper is immigration letter from university, and the other is telling the details for how to obtain visa ,,email them and then apply dont worry
