Ending quarantine early. Who to inform?

I question the validity of this answer since they will call you twice, day 4 or 5 and day 12 if I remember correctly. And you will have to use arriveCAN and report your status as well as whether or not you got your day 8 test. If you don't answer your phone or fail to take these tests then it is likely they will send a worker out to check on you at your address of quarantine.

Okay but they are still going to call you and if you don't answer they are going to send someone out in person to check on you (at least according to the warnings the leave in the voicemail if you don't pick up). This is based on personal experience crossing the border.
