Regarding EMPP without job offer how many month it takes, for me now it reached 10 months and i am in the final secision

How are you , i face an issue i submit my application and submit the biometric since 4-Nov-2024 and till now no updates , also i cant link my application to portal , any advise ?

This is a relatively small program so there is not of example to compare to in order to get a better idea about processing time. That said I would not anticipate fast processing especially give the fact that the government is trying to reduce the amount of temporary residents, reduce the number of refugees and had already reduced the yearly quota for PRs.
I submitted my Federal EMPP no job offer application on the 04/03/2025 and did my Biometrics one week later. I was very worried having not heard from them since I did my Biometrics.
I sent a request for my application status today through the IRCC web form link. In 3 hours time same day I got this reply from IRCC
