Employment verification after MR, RPRF,PCC and PPR from NDVO after jun 2011

IS there any Employment verification after MR, RPRF, PCC and PPR requested by New delhi VO?
any one who recieved call from NDVO for background verification, employment verification or personal interview?
what is the chance of rejection after that?

i dont thnk so . once u get MR its just a formality to finish the proceedings and issue visa.

There has been a case where one forum member said after MR, there were background checks........ CIC has the right to review your file anytime till your visas are stamped on the passport
