Employment reference letter

Hello,

I worked 8 months at an employer and the rest at another employer. I have employment reference letters from both the employers but the first one doesn’t have end date on it. Will that be a problem for express entry?

Yes it would be better to get it with start date and end date otherwise it will give an impression to the officer that you are still working there.
