Can anyone tell me the type of verification that can be made on the Employment letter? Will CIC contact my senior manager who signs the employment reference letter?
What happens in case the person has left the organisation?
Hi still waiting for any reply from seniors!

Ask a manager or colleague to write a declaration of your duties and responsibilities, and notarize this letter.

Hi will CIC then contact my Colleague for confirming my duties or will it contact company HR?

Hi,
Do I need to get the reference from all of the companies that I worked for? I have 10 years of experience and in between I worked for the company only for 3 months should I need to get the letter from them as well?
I can get the letter for around 7 years with NoC 2174 from three companies and there are two other companies to complete 10 years. There is some difficulties to get the letter from those companies. Please advise will it be a problem?

You will need reference letters for every job you include in the work history section. If you do not want to claim points for certain jobs then remove them from the work history and add them in the personal history once you receive your ITA.
