Hi,I am trying to get Employment reference letter from my previous employer ,I applied and I got it but they have not mentioned my salary in that.Has anyone applied without the salary being mentioned in the letter?Response would be highly appreciated
Thanks in advance

Hi,

Ask for another reference letter with the dates (start and end dates) and your salary (can be on hourly basis or yearly or total amount you made there while you were employed). Usually the best format is this:

Mr/Ms XXX was employed from Date XXX to Date XXX on an hourly wage of XXX and the total amount of XXX whilst he/she was employed by us. (you can do better on the wordings)

Best of luck,

Hi ,thanks for the response ,I checked with them but they said the company has a specified format and they would issue only in that format. Will it cause any problem?Everything is mentioned in that like hours of work, designation, roles and responsibilities except salary. Can I show my offer letter or salary slips? Please help and share your thoughts
Thanks

Of course you can,

Get two original copies from your company and keep one for your records. Compose a cover letter explaining the company has some policies and they would not release the information on your salary. Send off your pay slips, offer letter and your T4 + company reference letter + cover letter.

You should be fine, no worries.

Best of luck,

Hi I wanted to know if all the documents should be kept in one file or seperate files. Please let me know .THanks

One PDF file containing all the information for every job

You're allowed to submit only one file for each job.

Firt page should be your brief explanation letter, perhaps with an index of documents.

Second your company letter.

Everything else after that
