Hi all,

I have a dilemma,

my first employer has give me a reference letter mentioning my pay, number of hours work and duration of work. However they refused to write down my duties and they clearly stated on the letter that its their companies policy to only provide factual information, can i still submit that letter or will it be a problem to CIC? kindly advise

CIC needs to verify your duties on the job matches the NOC you are claiming.

Can you speak with a former supervisor there? They can write on your behalf and get affidavit to back it up in conjunction with the letter your former employer gave you

Unfortunately i just called them and the former supervisor and my line manager have left the company! HR already mentioned my title in the letter but not my duties.

can a senior team leader do that?

What do you recommend I do in this scenario?

I know it so hard to get what we need but if you are claim point from this Employer, do not take a risk! Try again and again. I believe that u will get it somehow.
