Employment Letter - Review Required (GCMS NOTES)

Hello,

My AOR is 5/8/2018. After retrieving my GCMS notes (on 17/1/2019), i've found that the agent had requested a review for my employment letter on 17/9/2018. They've written "review required" next to the company name but after that, however, they've confirmed that the job letter covers NOC and salary and hours. I'm not sure if their confusion is with the company name as the company is an exclusive distributor for a certain brand and we usually include this label as a suffix to the company name. Or if they if they were not able to find the company online (we don't have a website for the company but we do have one for the brand).

Should I send a LOE to explain this or is this just a customary review?

Review required is for employment letter not dated. Didn't your employment letter show the date it was issued? If not, get a new one asap and submit a CSE.

It did not! It had all the other information except for the date. I'll redo it and send ASAP. Thanks!

Hi, I realize this thread is old, but I'm wondering when you updated the employment letter with a date, did you ask your employer to backdate it to when it was originally signed or use the date when you resubmitted it?
