I am a resident of Dubai, holding a Pakistani passport. I will be applying for a visit visa to go visit my uncle who is very ill. I already have in an invitation letter from my uncle’s son.

I am an outsourced employee Dubai. My designation on my labor contract does not match my actual designation which is very common here for outsourced employees.
I applied for NOC from my company but they have written the MOL designation in the letter which is telecom assistant, but I am actually a learning and development coordinator.
They say they cannot change it because it is system generated. It also does not mention my leave dates.
Is it ok to use this document for the visit visa?
I also plan to apply for PR soon. Will it cause any issues if there is conflicting information because my NOC code will be as per my actual job.

The employment letter is to show that your work and have approved leave to take time off.

So you are applying for Canadian PR? If so when did you get invitation.

Any letter of employment should be consistent and expect IRCC to reference employment letter from TRV for PR. Unless you know French or work in a few select professions (mainly healthcare) it will be very difficult to secure PR from abroad without Canadian work experience. For your TRV it is very important to state when your contract ends. The fact that you are working in a 3rd country makes getting a TRV challenging enough (more challenging in GCC where there is no path to citizenship) but given the current situation it will likely be much more difficult. Do you have a longterm history of spending time with your uncle in person especially recently?
