Hello,
I was unable to get a letter stating my job responsibilities from my company HR. The letter she gave me only states that I work at XYZ company from so and so date as an Technical Support Specialist, but not my job responsibilities.

I had a print out of the job responsibilities and job qualifications from companys's website. Does anybody have any idea, if this job print out along with the letter will work. If not, what would be the other alternative??

Your help would be much appreciated. My application is under CEC(Canadian Experience Class).

Thank You in advance.

Can you get a letter from your direct supervisor stating your job duties?

Thank you for your suggestion. I have the job duties printed out from my companies website. Will it work??

I think it would be the safest to get your supervisor to do this as this is what is asked for in the application. Remind them that you are doing them a favor coming to work in canada and this is all a pain in the ass. :-)
Or maybe think that and ask nicely.
