This application of a Visitor Visa to Canada really stresses me out. I thought I prepared a comprehensive list of document, but then after submission, I notice that my employment letter does not state my travel date (and hence no indication that I have the company blessing for my trip) - it only has the start date of my employment, title, responsibilities, and salary. Will I have a chance to provide the missing information (I apply online) or my application will be rejected outright? Currently the information I use to show I will return to Thailand are a paid round trip ticket, past travel records, car ownership (I don't own any real property yet) and the incomplete employment letter mentioned above.

IRCC will approve or refuse your application based on the information you have provided in your application. They will not request more information / evidence.
