employment lawsuite in US .. appled for Canada immigration

Hi,

I have just applied for immigration with AEO, but i have an employment lawsuite going on in US.

does this mean they will hold my application or can reject?

wht do u mean by employment lawsuit....

Anyways u dont have to worry abt canada immigration until unless u have a criminal case against u in US

My employment lawsuite is regarding a dispute over my previous companies contract . "Breach of contract" i would say. It wil take another 6 months to settle that.
