Employment History - Study Permit

I am filing for Student Visa. I have some query regarding employment history.

1. It asks for all employment in last 10 years. I was employed for 1.5 years in that time period. Should I fill only the employment data or mention unemployed too, a month gap between jobs (like it is required for PR) ?

2. In the unemployed duration, I did a job enabled training. It is like I pay them and be a trainee for 6 months and then they offer me a job at the end. Though I got offer letter at the end, I dint join nor withdrew salary. Does this count as Job ? Should I mention this ?

1. You just have to fill in your employment details, all other unemployment duration will be listed in your personal history.

YEs, you will have to list all your activities in the last 10 years.

But there is no section in IMM 1294E . are there any other forms apart from 1294E and family information form. I'm from India @legalfalcon

There is no personal History section in the study permit application form; only Education and Employment history where you give details of your employment for the past 10 years). If you have period of unemployments, you don't have to include that.
