Hi,

I have been working in a software firm since June 2010. 1st 1 year I worked as a Web Programmer then I got promotion and since then I have been working as Senior Web Programmer in the same firm.

I applied previously for trv like this:
From Current Occupation ..............
2010 06 Senior Web Programmer

But I didn't mentioned about the "1 year as Web Programmer" because I've been working in the same firm. Was it OK??
I am going to apply again for OWP now. Should I mention the Job title separately or leave it as it was? like:

From Current Occupation ..............
2011 06 Senior Web Programmer

From Occupation ..............
2010 06 Web Programmer
To
2011 05

PLEASE SUGGEST.... Thanks in advance..

Re: Employment History issue

Experts... Please reply with your valuable suggestion....

I don't think it makes any difference. CIC works based upon NOCs always. Employer specific titles don't matter unless your responsibilities change enough to fall into a different NOC. This is the reason every NOC has elaborated description of job responsibilities.

If i were in your position, i won't even care with the title 'senior'. Would only worry if it changes to a 'Manager' or something.

Just an opinion from a fellow worker.
