Employment History Gaps

Hi Guys, I have 2 questions
1) If there are 7 to 10 days of gaps in some of the employments in the past 5 years. Should I include these 7,10 days as unemployed or shouldn't include at all? Since the application doesn't allow to enter dates.

2) I was working at Mcdonald's in Saskatchewan, my T4 shows McDonald's Toronto (Headoffice address). Should I enter the branch address where I was working or the head office (Toronto) address?

1) No need to. A one week vacation between 2 jobs is standard, listing both jobs only doesn't show a gap.
2) List your branch address there.

Thanks for your response. Also, I was working as self-employed for 2,3 months beside my normal jobs should I overlap this with my normal jobs or no need to add?

Yeah, put all your job experiences there. Overlap is OK.
