Employment Gaps - Help Needed

Hello Experts,
Have a critical question about gaps in employment

I have 2.5 years in Company A
Gap of 5 days to join Company B
Company B - 8 months
That makes 3.1 years in same NOC code
I am not working now from past 7 months as I am doing freelancing work different from NOC
How will I be evaluated ? 3.1 or 3 ? or any less than that
