Hi everyone,

My In land PR (Family sponsorship) is in process and I have an open work permit. I recently got a full time job (1 year contract - Quality assurance). My spouse is employed for 15 years.

Can above mentioned situation help speed up the in-Canada PR process?

Please advise asap... Thank you

Really appreciate your reply....will it add some positive value to it?
Having a full time job? No - it won't.

Your application is based on spousal sponsorship. So it's really all about your relationship with your spouse. The fact you have a job in Canada isn't at all relevant.

HI,
I have been employed for 8 months and got layed-off. And can get back in the end of Feb

I got a new job signed the offer letter and found out that the employer has a history of not treating their employees nicely.

1: Can I resign with immidiate effect within my Probationary period? and what can be the implications?

2: I only signed an offer letter which descirbes my name and position together, yearly Salary, Probationary period (3 months) Benefits, vacation and hours, what should I look for in a contract before signing?

Kindly advise asap
I will really appreciate that

Thank you!
