Employment Contract - Work permit for Startup Visa

I was filing my application online and there is a document required of the Employment Contract. Since I am an entrepreneur and will be establishing my own company in canada under Start-up visa program, what kind of document i should attach? Should I make a explanation letter and explain? or make a employment contract and sign it myself as business owner. I intend to open up Single Owner company in Canada
