Hi Everyone, I need some guidance on employment reference part of the application. I am posting here on behalf of my friend. He will be showing experience from 3 employers with titles (sales executive, sales supervisor, sales officer), but most of the job duties that he performed matches with wholesale trade manager NOC code -0621. Will there be an impact on his application, if none of his experience has "manager" in title. Do cic solely checks for job duties and responsible, or they look for title as well? Any suggestions would be big help.
