Employers requirement for CEC program

I have a post-graduate work permit and I'm planning to apply for PR. Got a job offer recently but I wonder if the company meets the requirements for the CEC program. Are there any criteria for my employer? e.g. the size of the company or the minimum amount of staffs? If anyone can provide me some information(websites) about this topic so that I can forward it to my potential employer, that'll be awesome. Thanks!!!

CEC is 90% about you and your experience. Not the company. There is no minimum requirement for your company as long as it is legit! Meaning they have filed their taxes every year. And they have fair number of employees depending on the type of business they do.

It's all common sense. At the end if the reference letter make sense to you, it will make sense to the officer dealing with your application.
