Employer who applied for SINP approval letter after giving the job

I am currently a PGWP employee working within a company for a year. I really like the company that I am working at and so I don't want to find a job from an employer just for the sake of SINP or LMIA approved. Instead is it possible for the employer after having worked for a year with them, that they can still apply for SINP job approval letter. This is a requirement needed for Saskatchewan International skilled worked- Existing employer offer ?

I am kind of confused from their requirement, it seems like they require you to have SINP job approval letter before they give me the job.

Thanks,

Yes that is the category I have been eye balling at and also the international skilled worker with job offer.
One of their requirements in application guide . I cannot paste a link here because I am new to this forum, but if you look in the link you provided there is an application guide in pdf that says I need a SINP Job Approval letter from a Saskatchewan Employer ( pg.6 under Job requirements) . I am confused because I already am employed with this company for a year, but it seems like SINP job approval letter is only given before the person accepts the job.

I've just skimmed the application guide for the category I linked, and it specifies PGWP holders are *not* eligible (see page 4), sorry I didn't notice that at first.
http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/appguide-existing-work-permit

However, the guide then refers you to:
http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/student, and the application guide for this category:
http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/appguide-students

*If* you studied in Saskatchewan, you are eligible now. The job offer approval does not have to be obtained before you started working; your current employer can apply for approval (providing your job meets the other requirements.

If you studied elsewhere in Canada then moved to Saskatchewan, the requirements are slightly different (you need to have worked in Saskatchewan for 2 years before applying, for example).
