Employer Sponsorship for PR

Hello,

I`m an international graduate, I`m right now on my second year of PGWP. I work full-time for a freight forwarding company, my position is called Customs Clerk and it is a level C job. Due to rules and restrictions, HR is not able to change my position to fit level B description and, therefore, I can’t apply for BC PNP/CEC to get my PR. However, they really want me to stay at that company and they are ready to sponsor me. I tried to do some research on employer sponsorship but could not really find any guides, document checklists, FAQs etc.

Does such thing actually exist? Can someone explain how it works please? Is there a job level restriction as well? Do I have to stay at the company for a certain number of years? Can my wife get PR with me as she would if I applied for CEC?

Thank you for your help in advance!

You don't qualify for either FSW / Express Entry for CEC with a NOC C role. If employee sponsorship is possible, it would have to be through one of the BC PNP streams if that's where you're living. I don't know if any of the BC PNP programs support NOC C roles.
