Hi Everyone!
I am currency working with a post-graduate open work permit, in a NOC's A level job in Vancouver.
I tried to apply for BC provincial nominee program, but they required my company to have 5 indeterminate full-time employees, while the company I am working at is small and has 4 full-time employees. (it is mentioned in page 50 of this document:
https://www.welcomebc.ca/getmedia/1...ation-and-Express-Entry-BC-Program-Guide.aspx
Because of this, I canceled my plan to apply for BC nominee program and I decided to apply for express entry after one year of working at this company.
However, my question is that, is there any of such minimum number of "five indeterminate full-time employees" in applying as "Canadian Experience Class" ? I mean after one year of working, when I want to apply for express entry via Canadian experience class, will my current job count as a valid one?
Thanks in advance!
