Hi

A foreign previous employer has said they would be more than happy to supply the reference required but have asked who they address it to? Is it just to me or would it be to the CIC?

Thanks!

If you use "To whom it may concern", no address necessary.

Otherwise, CIC address and "Dear Sir or Madam".

Why the hell would you need a physical address on a letter you are going to scan and upload using online form?

I have no idea, but they've asked me for an address. It's for the foreign reference, and no they can't supply paystubs or anything, I left that company in 2007. I have the offer letter still and my annual tax information and if it's not enough then fine don't count it. I have a LMIA so if I lose one employer from my list worth of 2 years experience almost 10 years ago I don't think it'll be an issue.

Plus who keeps/prints their paystubs/slips?
