I have an employer reference letter for my current job, and I am very happy with it except for one thing - I am applying under CEC and do not have a job offer or LMIA.

I have heard of some people being rejected due to their reference letters not stating that they will have continued employement after getting PR. However, I am not sure if this applies to me as I stated "No" to the questions about having an LMIA or Job Offer, so my application should not be getting assessed on this....

Should I get my employer to state I will have continued employment just in case? Has anyone else been in this situation?
Thanks for the help!

Correct. This is for people who claim to have a vaild job offer (and get the extra 600 points). If you are not claiming that, you do not need proof of a permanent job offer.
