I changed jobs frequently in the past 3 years and my previous employers are not providing me reference letter. They are not straightforward about it. They are just making me request and wait more. I am working with my current employer for the past 1 year 3 months and she is ready to provide me a letter.

If I put 1 year experience, my points are 448. If I put 3 years, my points are 470. I really don’t want to put just 1 year because I have genuine experience. What do you all suggest? Should I just go ahead with 1 year of experience or 3?? If 3, how do I submit employment proof? I don’t have pay stubs of my 1st 2 employments properly.

You can get from an ex colleague of previous company on plain letter and get it notarized but since you do not have even pay stubs then that employment will not seem authentic. You have a good score with even one company and will surely get ITA in next couple of draws, in all probability tomorrow itself. Better to not complicate it if previous employers are not helpful and you do not have much to show for that experience with other supporting documents.

I would suggest you to go with one employer only. At 448, you will definitely get an ITA.
Also, lesser employers, faster the PR processing.
