I am an accountant currently doing ACCA UK, my employer refused to give me a reference for Canada PR even after working for them for 3+ years, no support from colleagues & managers also because i am leaving them without any notice (my contract says give either 2 months notice or 2 months pay) therefore i have given 2 months pay because i actually got another good job offer, therefore they refused to give me a detailed reference letter, but i have full payslips, appointment letters, contracts, and work related emails through which i can actually prove that i have actually done work required by NOC list, And to get the ACCA UK membership i have to fill a form issued from ACCA, this form has a list of accounting jobs and duties, but i can claim only the work i have done from this list, so my manager has actually signed the accounting work from this list, can i use this also as evidence? will there be chance for success or any luck for me in this situation? please kindly advise
