Emergency situation please help!!

Hello everyone, I have an emergency situation and hoping I get valuable suggestions, I came to India a month ago because of my father's demise. I have work permit but no trv. I have applied for trv on feb 5, wondering how long is the processing time for trv outside canada. I have to return to Canada asap, to catch up my payments, clear debts and lot other things. Is there anyway to speed up the process??
What is the usual processing time ??
