EMERGENCY HELP PLEASE!

My mother get me here in canada and when im on the airport i filled up somethng like 'permanent resident' does that mean that i cant go back in the philippines anymore ? I must go back to phil. And my mother says that i cant go back yet because i must stay much longer here and i need some papers?? I dont know i dont understand . Anybody who could help me to my situation i just needed to go back home and i need to be there like 3 weeks

If you ave already your PR Card, don't worry. You must contact cic and tell the situation.

Ask your mother to explain this to you.

If you come to Canada as a PR, you usually get your PR card in the mail in around 6 weeks time. You need the PR card in order to come back to Canada.

You could of course leave and your mother would get the PR card in the mail and mail it to you in the Philippines.

A valid PR card allows you to re-enter Canada but you need your passport to travel to the Philippines.
