Good morning!
My family came here 2weeks ago.
I sponsored them under the live-in caregiver program.
But due to emergency in the Philippines, my husband need to go back immidiately.
What should i suppose to do and documents to provide in orderthat he can still come back to Canada?
He hasnt got his PR card yet.

He will need to apply for a PRTD from the Canadian embassy in Manila. (Don't worry, approval is guaranteed because he is a new PR.)

Alternatively, if he has a US visa, he can fly to the US and come to Canada via the land border. He does not need a PRTD or PR card for this. His landing papers (CoPR) is enough.

Just make sure he doesn’t stay outside of Canada more than 3 years.

If you are in Canada, you can mail his PR card when it arrives (depending on how long he is in the Philippines). If he applies for a PRTD, he will need to submit the forms there. Nothing from stopping you from filling it out now and taking the documents with him.

So, theres no problem or documents that he needs going back to the Phils.
He just can leave anytime..
The problem is when he comes back to Canada right?

As long as your husband can fulfil the PR RO (2 out of 5 years) he should have no reasons to worry about returning to Canada as a new PR.
