Emails from CIC

Hi All,

I have received emails from CIC requesting additional documents and sponsorship approval. But my wife has received no emails yet. She did receive a letter in the mail stating that her application was received. Is it normal that she hasn't received any emails yet? I just want to make sure CIC got her email address correct.

Yes that is normal that Sponsor does not receive any email and once stage 1 approval is done, most of the correspondence is done with applicant on provided email or mail address. So nothing to worry about. Provided the requested docs within given time period.
