Emailing pcc and medical exam?

Hello,

my application for my parents are being processed in singapore. So we did the medical exam in the US (got the eMedical) and are waiting for the police certficate clearance. Now in the email, they said we could mail the documents or scan and email them. I contacted webform to ask what email to send them to, but didn't really get a response to that. instead received how to scan and attach the documents. Does anyone know what email I should send the documents to? And if we do email them, do we get any response that they received it? 'Cause I don't want to end up taking too much time and surpassing the deadline.

Okay, will do then. Thank you!! But, is there any way to know if they receive it though? Like through mail, you can use the tracking number to know that it arrived at its destination. Will they give us any confirmation?

They will give you a reply within a week that they receive it, they sure to get the document through webform from you input the necessary information
