Emailed CIC the document as requested 3 weeks ago, no MR yet...

Emailed CIC the document as requested 3 weeks ago, no response from CIC yet, no MR yet...The status changed into in process . Is it a good thing or bad thing?

How long it would usually take CIC to send MR after we update the documents? Can anyone share their experience with me please?

Thanks! I will check your thread... I am just concerned if email would be a sufficient way to communicate with CIC...
