Email to Follow-up on GCMS Notes

Guys,

I ordered notes on May 7 based on the Privacy Act and have not received them as yet. Therefore, I wanted to follow up with them on its status. What email address do you guys send your inquiries when notes are not received by day 30, is it ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca?

IMO wait for a few days more, it usually takes 35-40 days

I guess I got used to receiving them on time by day 30. This is the first time I have not received it by day 30.
