Email to embassy to reconsider my application

Hello guys,
I got refused on 31st March because of the following reason :

You have submitted documentation which lacks authenticity as part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission.

I read that we have email them to reconsider our application and I have a proof of authenticity of that document. How can I email them? Some help will be appreciated.

I am Mahshid from Iran, and my study permit was refused last 2 weeks and i want to send my consider letter to embassy.
I am looking for the site of embassy. I have these 3 sites but when i send to second site it gives me error. I want to be sure whether I only sent to Ankara is ok or not?

Ankara Must be enough. Check my profile information and timelime you will understand what I mean.
