It's been over 10 weeks since I applied for my study permit online. And now twice have I received the above mentioned email only to find no apparent change in mycic account. I got one on Tuesday and one today. Could anyone tell me what would this mean? Am I missing something?

That happened a lot to me, I think it means they are processing your application, but I'm not sure to be honest
