Hi,

Yes. Applications that has been finalised can be refused or approved. If you applied online & the embassy request for original passport it's usually approve but when you send your pp by mail together with your application & you receive email that your application has been finalised it can be refused or approved

But oflate, there has not been too many rejections (as per my company's immigration dept), so chill

I have seen ppl receiving emails like - your application is finalized for Work Visa (or) application is finalized. I guess in both the cases it is approved.

Yes, its approved and I received my passport on March 27th.
