Email print out for PPR??

Hi Seniors,

I found some folks in the forum suggesting to send an Email print out along with the passport? Where does it mention that an email print out should be submitted?? I did not find a clue from my passport request email.

Read the email carefully:

It will say "Fold and enclose the self-addressed envelope in the other envelope along with your passport(s) and a copy of this request letter"
