Email NDVO

Would it be okay to send an email to NDVO to check the progress of application?. Anybody had any luck with that of late?.

They won't send you any updates if you haven't exceeded their posted processing time. Best to order GCMS notes.

Thank you for the reply. It's been a year since my file was transferred to Visa office. 3.5 months since my remedical. Normally it takes 18 months for them to process an application. Ordered notes recently. I was wondering in the mean time i could send them an email to be sure. it takes a month to receive notes too.

It wouldn't hurt to send them, but they're just going to give you their typical computer generated response that your file is still being processed
