Hi Guys,

Does all the requests from CIC come through Email beside Mail?

I mean in case anything lost in Mail due to change of address or any other reason would I get the same letter or request through EMAIL (INFO,MEDS, PASSPORT)???

If your e-mail ID is there on the apps, they r likely to notify u vide e-mail too. But not a sure-shot method, sometimes CHC might not as well. However, there r many who got both commns.

Hi,
quorax is right. During my experince with CIC I received requests for documents/additional information through fax, by post and also by e mail in different occassions. There is no steady method of communication. One time I received call on my mobile from CIC from the IO asking to submit the original birth certificate even though they had a certified copy with them.
