Eligible for Masters or not?

My friend is from Philippines and he have finished Bachelor's Degree (4 years).

But he finished his secondary school (high school) until Grade 10. Because in Philippines before, there was only until Grade 10 then you can go to college.

Question is, Is he eligible to apply for Masters Program in Canada?

As per you he's got 10 + 4 = 14 years education. Most of the University's in Canada for Master's entry need 16 years of education (with a small number going for 15 years as well). Go for some expert advice as your friends case sounds bit unique to me. Maybe there are some exceptions for your country. Cheers

Canada accepts 16 yrs of education for most MSc programs and few might consider 15yrs as well. 14 yrs looks doubtful as I have not come across any major university considering it. Even at 15yrs, they expect candidate to have min 2 yrs of full time work experience and good academics. If at all an university still considers, better check the credibility and take expert advice as it might be a problem during Visa filing.
