Eligibilty period addresses - filled out wrong

Hey, I just noticed I added the date when I moved into a place which is way before the eligibility period. It just asks to answer during eligibility. So technically it should the field "From" should start with the eligibility period and not before that. This is not a reason for the app to be returned right?

Shouldn't matter, really. I don't think it will be returned for that as you're covering the required period.

hmmmm I'm about to go to the post office and everything is already stapled together ugh

If you're stressing about it, change it. It's a staple and a piece of paper.
