Hello,

I am in process of my Express entry application.. currently in education credential evaluation stage however, i am worry that my education credential and IELTS results dont meet the immigration requirements, my question is what are the options I can use in case I received a rejection and can i hire a lawyer to assist for acceptance.

You need to make sure that you meet the requirements. If you don't meet the minimum requirements and are refused, a lawyer won't be able to help you.
