eligibility

Hello Everyone! need help pls for my friends.. will they be eligible for express entry if their CURRENT job in canada is not skilled? but they have PREVIOUS work experience as skilled noc 0 and noc b for more than 8 yrs back home? i tried to make their profile, first it was eligible under come to canada tool but when i make their profile it says ineligible at the end.. whats wrong? any thoughts would so much appreciated!

If they don't have skilled work experience in Canada, but do have skilled work experience outside of Canada, they would have to meet the other eligibility requirements of the Federal Skilled Workers program (another point system!) -
