Application Submitted on 9th June, the eligibility shows Started on 21st June .

Today I received ghost update and it went back to Not Started.

Anyone had any case like that ? do you know how long it will take to complete now ?

This is not uncommon. Another officer may be taking over the fie. Can’t say how long to complete.
