Eligibility status info

While looking at the status for my wife’s application at the https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/mycic dashboard page it shows:

Review of eligibility

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

However on the https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/applications/details website it says the following:

Eligibility
Completed

In the chronological timeline it says:


Feb 16, 2022

Eligibility activity status updated
Eligibility
Eligibility status has been updated to Completed

This appears to be contradictory information. Or does “Completed” status not apply what I would interpret it as?

We are in the similar situation as well. After we had interview at thier office status is updated to following at: https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en

When i login with GCkey or other portal it still says we are reviewing.

I hope information on new portal accurate than other. If we have completed eligibility then i believe last step would be to complete background check.

I get this same message. Can anyone explain this message better?
