Eligibility Status changed

My Wife’s SOWP was applied on 22nd Feb and biometrics done and updated on 1st March. Medical was passed on the same date. After one week the eligibility status was “ we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements “ then later it changed to “ the review of eligibility has not started yet “ . What is the reason for the change ?? Is there anything to be worried?
